I am a Bot … according to Google

Sitting in an apartment in Budapest and firing up a my trusty FireFox to enter a Google query and suddenly I see something new.
A confirmation window pops up saying somthing like the following:

“We are sorry but your query looks similar to an automated request by a computer virus or spyware application. To protect our users, we can’t process your request right now…”

So that means I am a bot. The query was “Hotel Budapest Ramada” by the way, not necessarily a query I would regard very strange.
“Anyways”, I thought, “So let me just type in the catcha code and go ahead.” Nope. Now the Hungarian version of the same text pops up. (The later statement is an assumption as my Hungarian is pretty weak as of now.)

So that is pretty inconvenient, let’s see if it is done by deleting my cookies (as the help text states) or if it is rather an reaction to the Google train of tought “strange request sent from Hungary, let me check if it is a human being”.

Ha, this even happens when you’re in the same city (Google session at home and at office)!
