What is a Facebook Badge?

Facebook Badge

So a Facebook Badge is supposed to be nothing more than a little code snipped provided by Facebook that you can embed wherever you like. So the picture we see on the left hand side is probably what somebody would see who is my friend on facebook. I am so so happy that I found this e how (to): How to Create A Badge Of Your Facebook to create the badge, otherwise I would have never managed to get it done. Seriously, one day there will be a description on the net explaining how to go to the bathroom or things like that! (I hope I will not get a comment telling me where to look for this kind of information!)

What you see below is the executed version of the Facebook Badge. Most likely you will not see my picture but just a Facebook logo and a couple of links instead :) Well, I would say the whole Facebook Badge thing is one these things that you don’t really need. Pretty similar in that sense to this blog post then :)

I see you are really enjoying the badge fever. Its very exciting. I do agree with you though on how there is almost everything nowadays on the Internet. The other day someone gave a Tech-buzz in class on how a man delivered a baby at home using You-tube videos he had obtained.

Nice blog you got there too. I really think its a Meltwater standard blog keep it up…..
