Due to the fact that my blog is hosted on wordpress.com and I can't do any code modifications, I had to find another way to link the blog to facebook.

I use networkedblogs.com and I really like it. You just install the facebook app, have networkedblogs pull your rss-feed, allow it to get published on your wall and voila... every single blogpost miraculously appears on your wall.

Additionally networkedblogs offers a great javascipt badge showing the fb profile pics of your followers.

I read in the description of the plugin that you cannot customize the displayed content of the Wordbook box. That is ony partially true as you can of course change the <b>wordbook_fbmltext()</b> function in wordbook.php directly. Of course you should know what you are doing, otherwise you might mess up the plugin. A FaceBook wall box is limited to 250px height by the way, so your content might appear cut off.

Ok, some initial struggles but now I got it working.

I needed to:
1) go to my Application Settings (remember to select Show: Authorized on the top right)
2) select "Edit Settings" of WordBook
3) click on add for the box setting.

Then everything was working just fine in my Boxes tab, from where you can move it to your Wall tab.

Not bad!
