I released the 0.7 version of my EbaySalesLister plugin for WordPress yesterday.
Multiple people contacted me asking for a feature that let’s them configure their ebay affiliate ID with the plugin, so I thought why not let those poor people earn some money :) I cannot really test it as I do not have an affiliate ID myself but I hope I will get some feedback, positive or negative :)

After I got too many emails because the Ebay Sales Lister running on this blog was obviously a different version than the one I had published on wordpress.org I had to do a new release. It was a bit of a spontaneous release so expect bugs.
The major change in this version is that I am now using the ebay API to get the auctions for the respective seller set in the options. That will hopefully make the plugin perform better. It definitely has the charm that you can now also …

I released the next version of my WordPress plugin that displays your ebay auctions in the sidebar of your blog (as you can see it in the sidebar of this blog). Thanks to a user contribution (thx to lorenzocoffee) I added support for ebay.it and Italian as a language setting and also fixed some minor bugs.

This morning I got a mail from Raul Carrillo from Spain who has done some extensions to the Ebay Sales Lister plugin for Wordpress that I am maintaining for some while now. Besides adding the Spanish version of ebay to the plugin, he also extended it with Spanish language support. Raul also wrote about it on his blog blog.metsuke.com.

After creating an official WordPress Plugin Page for the Ebay Sales Lister plugin I left the page unattended for some time now. Just checked the page and at least the plugin gets downloaded about 5 times per day. Better than nothing. Hopefully I get some feedback and comments from users soon. I would also like to find out which blogs are using my plugin but could not find a way yet. Any ideas?

I just released the EbaySalesLister wordpress plugin on wordpress.org. I hope that will make the plugin available to a bigger audience and result in more feedback for further development. I also want to test how wordpress.org is handling their plugin hosting.
The next days I will have to restructure the readme.txt for the plugin as wordpress requires a certain format for automated parsing on their website. So long please bear with me :)
